My turning point came when I realized I had become the emotional safe space for everyone in my life, but no one was holding space for me.
Ministry, relationships, leadership…I gave and gave until I had nothing left.
That breaking point became my breakthrough.
I finally stopped trying to prove my worth through exhaustion and began building a life that felt emotionally sustainable, spiritually grounded, and deeply mine.
That journey birthed The Balanced Journey Institute—a coaching space where women can finally prioritize themselves without guilt and begin healing from the inside out.
